Create a personal brand so you will be famous for more than 15 minutes! Lacking a personal brand you are labeled a commodity resource. Someone offering ordinary opportunities, rather than the one creating performance improvement that brings results. Learn how to make your personal brand strong and creditable to attract resources from decision makers. Evaluate yourself to three factors that intersect to create a brand. Launch your brand by completing a proven six-step process. This fast-paced, highly interactive session will make you a “smashing success” as you:
(1) take specific and measurable steps to improve your brand recognition, (2) learn and share with others the creation of your personal brand, and (3) enjoy an energetic experience to extend your fame beyond 15 minutes.

You will take seats at tables with 8-10 others. Using crayons, Hula-Hoops and jigsaw puzzles in a PowerPoint free-zone you start a discussion, discovery and decision for the 16th Minute. Chimes sound to focus our attention, followed by an explanation of the agenda and your take-aways.
*Prizes are awarded immediately for intriguing and challenging questions, and will continue throughout the session. Hula-Hoops are used to outline three needs for your personal brand. You can evaluate these needs for a personal brand and discuss those conditions in triads at the tables.
*The next major agenda item is “market gravity,” and each table is provided a jigsaw puzzle that comprises the concept. There will be contest with the puzzles leading to discussions of market gravity. We will arrive at a consensus for the market elements, and a newly created market for a personal brand.
*The last agenda item focuses on the your specific, measurable efforts to create a personal brand with an activity called "35".
*The session ends with a discussion about what SMART1 action you will take to create a brand. The session ends with door prizes awarded and high-energy music playing in the background.
